OUR MISSION: TO REDUCE THE BURDEN OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
Over 30 representatives from heart failure societies and working groups all over Europe will gather in Cyprus to take part in this highly interactive meeting aimed at addressing the needs of the National HF Societies and lay down the basis for cooperation amongst our societies.
The Summit consists of an intense day of lectures and group discussion covering many aspects of heart failure management. Prof Mitja Lainscak, coordinator of the HFA Committee for National HF Societies will host the award ceremony where certificates were presented to the winners of Heart Failure Awareness Day 2016 programmes.
