OUR MISSION: TO REDUCE THE BURDEN OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
The mission of the Committee on National Heart Failure Societies or Working Groups is to create a European network of national heart failure societies or working groups in order to improve the management of patients with heart failure.
This Committee of the Heart Failure Association of the ESC was founded in March 2007 and represents an international network of 45 National Heart Failure Societies or Working Groups

Our ultimate goal is to improve the management of heart failure patients, one of the greatest challenges in cardiovascular medicine in the 21st century given the size of this growing epidemic. We strive to achieve this aim by supporting the HFA in facilitating the communication and exchange of information between the different National Heart Failure Societies/Working Groups. We aim to set up an internet-based platform that may be used for both educational services and scientific/research tools.
Any national Heart Failure organisation may join if interested in sharing information from their National Organisation and/or contributing to the objectives of the Committee on National Heart Failure Societies. We need to share our experience and ideas for the future. Please contact us if you are interested in further information.
