EHRA will only consider endorsing meetings of EP National Cardiac Societies / EP Working Groups.
Therefore, it is important to note that requests to endorse private meetings will no longer be accepted.

Requests for endorsement should be made to Dr. Jose Luis Merino (Chair of the Educational Committee) and be sent to the European Heart House secretary, by email to:

The following documents should be part of the request :

    3. programme directed by scientific committee (not by company)
    4. speakers are recognised leaders in the field (national or international)
    5. majority of plenary session presentations are given in English (>75%)
  3. Web site/registration information of the event
  4. A brief (10-15 lines) text outlining the theme and objectives (this text will be published on the EHRA website if endorsement is approved)
  5. As the organizer of the event you need to:
    1. -Be a "Gold" EHRA member"
    2. -Pay a 250€ endorsement fee for which you will receive an invoice
  6. A cover letter or email with a presentation of the local meeting

Step 2

Upon reception by EHRA of the request, and after preliminary evaluation, an acknowledgement letter will be sent, mentioning the request number and detailing missing information for the evaluation, if any.

Step 3

After EHRA has reviewed all information, a final decision letter will be sent to the organiser.

When the endorsement is approved

The EHRA logo will be forwarded in professional electronic format. The following text should be included wherever the EHRA logo is used: "Meeting endorsed by EHRA, a Registered Branch of the ESC“.

Please note that prior to final pdf posting or actual printing of any announcement, preliminary or final programmes, EHRA kindly requests that proofs of the documents are forwarded to us simply to ensure that the technical requirements (including analysis, colours, resolution, etc) of the logos have been correctly represented by the graphic artists used by each conference organiser.

We will always try to validate the proofs within a maximum of two working days.

EHRA will briefly promote the endorsed event on the EHRA web site in the section
entitled "endorsed meetings".

We hope that this workflow meets your expectations and we assure you that we remain at your disposal for any further assistance.
