Cardiology Society of Serbia is successor of Cardiology Society of Serbia and Montenegro.
From the beginning, our society is a member of European Society of Cardiology now with 350 board certified cardiologists.
The main aims of our cardiology society are equal to those of European Society of Cardiology, that is:
- Improvement in prevention,
- Detection and management of cardiovascular diseases
- Thus, our cardiology society has undertaken responsibility for education, training, organization and promotion of specific activities devoted to reduction of cardiovascular diseases, with development of standards for detection and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
