Cardiac metastasis by breast cancer

Echocardiographic appearance of a cardiac metastasis infiltrating the left ventricular apex in an asymptomatic woman with breast carcinoma. The infiltrated myocardium is thickened, akinetic, with a  peculiar granular echogenicity. Electrocardiogram shows pseudo-ischemic ST-T changes on the corresponding leads.
