OUR MISSION: TO REDUCE THE BURDEN OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
A comprehensive 1-day EACVI course, aiming to set-up the basic knowledge about principles and clinical applications of advanced cardiac imaging modalities, such as speckle tracking, 3-dimensional echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography.
The course includes hands-on sessions using multi-vendor workstations and the latest software packages in the field of echocardiography with the aim to teach young cardiologists about the latest clinical applications of speckle tracking and three-dimensional echocardiography, including automatic and semi-automatic cardiac chamber quantification and valve assessment.
Organised by the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging's Heart Imagers of Tomorrow (HIT) Committee and the Working Group of Echocardiography and other Imaging modalities of the Romanian Society of Cardiology.
