Member registration : The member fee is reserved to members of CCNAP. We understand you cannot always receive approval for funding to attend the Spring Meeting before the late fee deadline. Not a member? Membership is free and provides excellent benefits. Sign up here.

Student fee for CCNAP Members : Application must be accompanied by a letter from the applicant's Head of Department stating full time undergraduate student status

Press Registrations

To validate your registration as a journalist, the ESC Press Office will need:

  •     A valid press identity card or appropriate letter of assignment with proof of three recent published articles (cardiology or health-related, or referring to a previous ESC Event)
  •     An embargo form duly filled and signed
If the journalist has attended previous ESC Events, samples of the event coverage should be sent in priority. Journalists may be required to provide samples of their work at all times.
Please note, company or media outlet business cards or membership cards will not be accepted as valid.
Press registration is not available to Industry or its Public Relations representatives, event management, marketing or communications representatives, even if they have a valid press card.

Invitation Letter

Such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note, however, this does not bind the ESC to provide financial support.


Please check with your local embassy what documents are needed to obtain a visa for Croatia.

Official Agency for AIFA submissions (Prerichiesta AIFA)

According to Italian legislation, any Marketing Authorisation Holder or pharmaceutical company responsible for the commercialisation of a drug, which organises or helps to organise, whether by direct or indirect funding in Italy or abroad, a congress, or a meeting on topics in any way related to the use of medicines, shall notify the competent Unit of the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) at least 60 days before the date of the event to ensure that these adhere to strict technical criteria and aim to provide further knowledge in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, biochemistry, physiology, pathology and clinical medicine.

AIM Group International has been appointed as the official agency for AIFA submission to support sponsors and exhibitors with these formalities. Pharmaceutical companies which require the authorisation from AIFA are advised to contact:
