Held in Hannover Medical School, this meeting brings together basic scientists and vascular biologists, clinical trialists, and scientific leaders of Pharma in order to present current status, limitations, and recent developments in the field of Pulmonary Hypertension.

The meeting is also an invaluable networking and educational opportunity as it will foster participation of trainees through abstract program and allow them to meet the senior faculty.

Finally, another strength of this meeting is its multidisciplinary nature and the creation of an interface between academia and industry.

Session 1: Update on Pathobiology, Biomarkers and Genetics in PAH (8:35 – 10:00h)

Session 2: Innovative Imaging of the hypertensive RV-PA unit (10:30h-12:00h)

Lunch break, posters, PH consensus statements/guidelines (2015), industry exhibition (12:00-13:00h)

Session 3: Interventions for Advanced PAH in the Young (13:00h-14:15h)

Coffee break, posters, PH consensus statements/guidelines (2015), industrial exhibition (14:15-15:00h)

Session 4: PAH in Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD/GUCH), PH-COPD/PH-Pulmonary Fibrosis, PH and Heart Failure (15:00h-16:30h)

Additional Program

Workshop “Providing Clinical Care for Children with PH”, on Thursday, April 7, 2016 (8:30-17:00h)

Hands on course (rotations: echo lab, cath lab, ICU, ECMO), presentations, clinical cases/meet the experts

The number of participants at the workshop is limited to 40, so first come, first serve.
