Rome's primary train station is Rome Termini.
ESC Congress 2016 will take place in Rome at the Fiera Di Roma. The entry point is at the North Entrance only.

The main international airport in Rome is Fiumicino Airport. The FL1 regional train stops at the Fiera di Roma and continues on to the city centre. The map below shows the FL1 train and its main stops in the city centre.
Caution: the Leonardo Express Train is a non-stop service that goes directly from the Fiumicino Airport to the Rome Termini railway station. It does not stop at the Fiera di Roma.
Delegates can book their transfers to/from Fiumicino Airport for €5.

The secondary international airport is Ciampino Airport, which primarily services low-cost airlines. We recommend using direct bus services to Rome Termini railway station. From there, you can take the metro to one of the ESC Transportation Points.

ESC recommends using taxis licensed by the Municipality of Rome. They are white with a "TAXI" sign on the roof and a license number on the doors, on the back and on the inside the vehicle.
When you pick up your badge and congress material, you will receive your complimentary 10 single journey tickets, included in your registration fee. They will enable you to travel to/from the Congress Centre, Fiera di Roma. These tickets can be used on metro, buses and trams within the Rome city limits, ending at Fiera di Roma, and thus, exclude the Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci Airport.To access the Congress Centre, ESC has set up a specialised service from Saturday to Wednesday morning to ensure that you arrive in the most efficient way. With your transportation tickets you will be able to get to one of the three ESC Transportation Points: Cornelia (bus), Laurentina (bus) and Ostiense (train). From there, a direct service will take you to Fiera di Roma.
Please return your unused transportation passes to the Transportation Help Desk. Unused tickets will be donated to a local charity.

A limited number of hotels, not located near public transport facilities, have direct transfers to/from the venue. The exact departure times are displayed in the hotel lobby of particular hotels with ESC Official Hotel Shuttles. ESC will ensure delegates arrive and depart at the following times to Fiera di Roma for those particular hotels:
