This page is dedicated to chairpersons selected to write a Congress Report from their ESC Congress 2013 session

What are Congress reports?

Congress reports are a short text (approx. 250 words) about a session, written by its chairperson. You can write a summary of the presentations as well as your personal opinion.

Where are Congress reports promoted?

Your Congress report will be published directly on the European Society of Cardiology’s website and promoted through ESC newsletters, emails and on social media. With this project, we want to give your work more visibility within our cardiologists’ community and congress delegates network.
Moreover, the Congress reports are now integrated in the ESC 365 platform, the star initiative from the ESC Congress.What do we expect from you?

Before the Congress:

  • In order to optimise the web page that will contain your report, could you please provide us with a good quality picture of yourself (head and shoulders only).

During the Congress:

  • Your Congress report: approx. 250 words.
  • Please come to the Congress Report Office, or directly send your report within 24 hours after the session at

Once written, your article will be published on the website.
In addition to giving  visibility to your report, you will be named as an author on the ESC website.
