Registration Fees
The following registration fees, except the accompanying person fee, entitle delegates to the following:
- Entry to all scientific sessions and the Exhibition / Poster areas
- Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Opening Cocktail on Saturday 21 May
- A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract CD-Rom
- Refreshment breaks (from Monday 22 May morning to Tuesday 24 May morning)

Two-year free subscription to the European Journal of Heart failure (valid for 2012 in paper version and 2013 in electronic version) is included in the following fees: Standard Fee, Members of the HFA of the ESC, and both Nurse & Student Fees.
