				Heart Failure Association (HFA) at the ESC Annual ESC Congress 2009 If you want to know more about the current HFA activities, just pass by the ESC stand in the Membership Zone (Zone 4) and you will be fully informed about the HFA activities on patient care, exercise rehabilitation in heart failure, education, external affairs, surveys & registries, national heart failure societies, translational research in heart failure acute heart failure, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, peripartum cardiomyopathy and industry relations!
				Prevention at the Heart of ESC Congress 2009 The ESC & EACPR have joined their efforts to support the Highlight of this year's congress by creating the "Together for better CVD prevention" campaign and offering various on-site activities.

Meet and chat with the poster presenters at this informal gathering where this year's awardees will receive their awards.
