European Guidelines for CVD Prevention in Clinical Practice (version 2012)
The prevention guidelines recommend a model for total risk estimation based on the SCORE (Systematic Coronary Risk Evaluation) system and define the lifestyle, risk factor and therapeutic targets for cardiovascular disease prevention.
